1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future โ stay tuned, Creatrix ๐
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Each item is made to order just for you! Please allow 2โ5 business days for production and 3โ7 business days for shipping. Youโll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made to order, we donโt accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days and weโll make it right ๐
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
We start creating your order right after itโs placed, so changes or cancellations arenโt guaranteed. If you catch it quickly, reach out to us at Kaylimitedllc@gmail.comย and weโll do our best to help!
5. What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your order seems delayed or marked as delivered but missing, please contact your local USPS office first. If it appears lost in transit, email us โ weโll help track it down or issue a replacement when possible.
