1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future โ€” stay tuned, Creatrix ๐Ÿ’Œ

2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Each item is made to order just for you! Please allow 2โ€“5 business days for production and 3โ€“7 business days for shipping. Youโ€™ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made to order, we donโ€™t accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days and weโ€™ll make it right ๐Ÿ’•

4. Can I cancel or change my order?
We start creating your order right after itโ€™s placed, so changes or cancellations arenโ€™t guaranteed. If you catch it quickly, reach out to us at Kaylimitedllc@gmail.comย and weโ€™ll do our best to help!

5. What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your order seems delayed or marked as delivered but missing, please contact your local USPS office first. If it appears lost in transit, email us โ€” weโ€™ll help track it down or issue a replacement when possible.
