Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Time

All items are made to order just for you! Please allow 2 - 5 business days for your order to be processed and produced before it ships. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Times & Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery time after production is 3 - 7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as postal delays or weather conditions).

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll be happy to make it right.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local USPS office first. If it appears lost in transit, reach out to us and we’ll assist in tracking it down or issuing a replacement when applicable.
